• Determining the right structure for your business(sole prop, incorporated, partnership)

• Business Names, incorporating.

• Intellectual Property, Ethics + Fraud

• Agreements + Contracts and considerations like written vs verbal agreements

• Shareholder agreements, etc) and deciding what is best for your business

• Process for registering your business including bylaws

• When do I need a Lawyer? What are some alternative solutions & costs
